WHAT’S NEW

• The Estate Agents Authority (EAA) has introduced the “Premium CPD Mark for Estate Agencies” to encourage more participation in the CPD Scheme by estate agency firms with effect from 17.11.2022.  

• For the new arrangement of the recorded video sessions, starting from 1 January 2022, the EAA will no longer notify the upcoming class schedule individually to the licensees with conditions on attaining certain CPD points (hereinafter referred to as "relevant licensees"). The relevant licensees are required to register the recorded video sessions by themselves via e-Services or by fax. No seats will not be reserved for them by the EAA but priority would be given to them in case of overbooking.
