Online Booking System

To submit licence application or collect licence at the EAA office in Wanchai (Room 2601, 26/F, Hopewell Centre, Wanchai), please make an appointment through the EAA online booking system in advance. Click here to access the online booking system.


Major steps involved in making an online appointment booking:

(1) Click here to access the online booking system.
 
(2) Press the 'Log In' button on the top-right corner and log-in the system by entering the requested information in the relevant fields:

“User” : Please enter the mobile phone number you provided to the EAA as your user name
“Password” : Please enter the first 3 digits of the number of the HKID card / travel document you provided to the EAA as your password (Example: If your HKID card number is A123456(7), please enter A12 )

(3) Select the appointment date and time (Note: EAA office will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)

(4) Select service type 

(5) Press 'SAVE' and then 'Log off'

(6) To review the booking details, please log in and click the “user name” above the “Log Off” button

(7) To change / cancel an appointment, please click the time-slot selected

(8) For company licensees / licence applicants, booking can be made by its licensed director or staff member
