Collections of inquiry hearing cases

The EAA has published several collections of representative inquiry hearing cases (see below hyperlinks), the purpose of which is to deepen practitioners’ understanding of the relevant laws and alert them to possible breaches of the Estate Agents Ordinance ("EAO"), its subsidiary legislation and Code of Ethics. These cases were determined by the Disciplinary Committee having regard to the then prevailing laws and other requirements, policies and sentencing guidelines which, given the lapse of time, may have now been amended, updated and expanded.
