Ways to lodge your complaint
You may lodge your complaint in writing, in person or by telephone.
In writing
To lodge your complaint in writing, please complete Complaint Form (General) or Complaint Form (Advertisement) and return to us by the following ways:-

In person
You may lodge your complaint in person at the address above during office hours.
By telephone
You may call our Hotline at 2111 2777. Your call will be answered by a duty officer of EAA during office hours. If the line is busy or your call is made outside office hours, you may leave your name and telephone number in our voicemail. Our duty officer will contact you as soon as possible.
To ensure your complaint will be handled effectively, you are required to complete and return to us the Complaint Form (General) or Complaint Form (Advertisement) afterwards, stating the complaint details and to submit relevant information and documents.
