(Note : This Memorandum contains records of specified breaches which the Estate Agents Authority has recommended to the Disciplinary Committee not to exercise the disciplinary powers under section 30 of the Estate Agents Ordinance against the person/company concerned and such proposals were accepted by the Disciplinary Committee upon the admission of such allegations and the brief facts in relation thereto by the person/company concerned.  Each of the following records will be kept in this Memorandum for 2 years (counting from the date of admission of such allegation(s) and the brief facts in relation thereto by the person or company concerned).)
