Learning Outcome	Upon completion of the seminar, licensees will gain a basic understanding of the fundamental principles and current issues of Property Tax, Salaries Tax, and Profits Tax pertaining to the real estate industry.
Remark	Note: According to the CPD Scheme Guidelines (Voluntary Phase), no CPD points will be awarded for participating in a repeated CPD activity within a CPD period. In line with the CPD Scheme Guidelines (Mandatory – Phase I), an activity repeatedly attended within a period of 12 calendar months will not be counted CPD points the second time, regardless of whether they are conducted in different CPD Condition Periods.
