The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority (“SRPA”) issued a revised Annex A and C of the Guidelines on Submission of Documents to the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Electronic Platform (“SRPE”) (G06/15) and Practice Note on Submission of Documents to the SRPE (PN02/19) in March 2026.

Licensees are advised to visit the SRPA website (www.srpa.gov.hk) and read the revised Guidelines on Submission of Documents to the SRPE and Practice Note on Submission of Documents to the SRPE.
