Re: Rating and Valuation Department's Notice of Tenancy (Form AR2) and Notice of New Letting or Renewal Agreement (Form CR109) Revised

The Estate Agents Authority received a notice from the Rating and Valuation Department ("RVD"), requesting it to notify licensees that the Notice of Tenancy (Form AR2) and the Notice of New Letting or Renewal of Agreement (Form CR109) have been revised and the new forms have come into use from 30 October 2026.

Licensees can download the new forms from the RVD website (www.rvd.gov.hk).
