Re: Rating and Valuation Department’s Notice of New Letting or Renewal Agreement (Form CR109) Revised

The Estate Agents Authority received a letter from the Rating and Valuation Department (“RVD”), requesting it to notify licensees that the Notice of New Letting or Renewal of Agreement (Form CR109) under Part IV of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance has been revised and the new form (in Chinese and English versions) has come into use from 22 December 2023.

Licensees can download the new form from the RVD website (www.rvd.gov.hk).
