The Estate Agents Authority (“EAA”) would like to draw the attention of licensees to a letter issued to the EAA by the Lands Department dated 25 July 2022 concerning the captioned matter and two press releases issued by the Lands Department on 27 January 2022 and 22 July 2022 regarding a new industrial development in San Po Kong and Kwai Chung respectively.
