The URA invites estate agents to attend a briefing in May

The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) would like to invite estate agents to attend a briefing about the Kim Shin Lane / Fuk Wa Street Development Project (“the Project”), with the aim to assist the affected shop operators of the Project in searching for suitable replacement shops to relocate to.

The URA’s wholly-owned subsidiary, the Urban Redevelopment Facilitating Services Company Limited (“URFS”), helps identify suitable replacement shops in the district of the Project to enable the affected shop owner-occupiers and tenants to relocate and continue operation in the same district as far as practicable. In this regard, to let the interested licensed estate agents know the number, area and the nature of the affected shop owner-occupiers/tenants who may need to look for replacement shops, an online briefing session will be scheduled for 22 May 2023 at 7:15pm for those estate agents who wish to provide potential listings to the affected shop operators.

Interested licensees may contact URFS at 2588 2800 to obtain the QR Code to join the online briefing. After 25 May 2023, the video of the online briefing will also be available on the URFS's website: http://www.ura-facilitator.com.hk/en/webcast/index.html
