System requirements
If you choose to adopt the electronic form of the prescribed estate agency agreements provided by the EAA, the following software and hardware are the minimum specifications installed/ to be installed in the computers of both parties signing the form:
- Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 or AMD Athlon(R) 64 processor or above
- Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1
- Adobe(R) Reader X or above
- 2GB RAM (4GB recommended) or above
- Up to 2GB available hard disk space
- Monitor with at least 1024x768 resolution
- Recognised e-Cert for individuals or organisations issued by a recognized Certification Authority (e.g. Hongkong Post e-Cert)
