This training video is produced by the EAA and the Community Relations Department of the ICAC. Through the different situations encountered by the characters, it reveals the challenges to integrity and the corruption risks faced by estate agency practitioners, and reminds them of the importance of adhering to professional ethics at all times, so as to safeguard their own interests and those of their customers from an effective management and corruption prevention perspective, and to avoid possible violations by estate agency practitioners in their daily handling of property transactions.
