Re: Reminder from Lands Department on handling land transactions

The EAA was informed by the Lands Department that further to their Announcement in the Public Interest (“API”) launched last year, the Lands Department would like to remind estate agency practitioners that breaches of lease conditions will lead to re-entry of the relevant land, and any person who unlawfully occupies government land will be prosecuted.
