| Seminar on Professional Ethics
A seminar on professional ethics for estate agency practitioners was held on 25th September at which members of the trade gathered to discuss how ethical standards at work might be further enhanced. The speaker was Mr William Fung, Chairman of the EAA Training Committee. The speaker divided his topic into a number of sub-sections, namely the pre-requisites for professionalism, the role and work of the agent, and moral responsibility towards one掇 colleagues and clients. The talk was followed by the study of individual cases which generated enthusiastic response from the audience and many interesting questions were raised.
