The ICAC Community Relations Department will organise individual training sessions for estate agencies, explaining the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance and the related regulations with an aim to improve practitioners’ awareness on common corruption issues and skills in dealing with corruption and moral dilemmas. These seminars are endorsed activities under the EAA CPD Scheme. Participants can earn core CPD points after attending the seminars.
These seminars are targeted at different types of licensees:
New licensees (1 hour / CPD point)
Frontline salespersons (1.5 hours / CPD points)
Estate agency managers (1.5 hours / CPD points)
