EAA has published a new Examination Handbook, which is also available at the EAA's website, www.eaa.org.hk. The Handbook helps candidates prepare for the new Estate Agents Qualifying Examinations (EAQE), whose format was changed by EAA last July, and the new Salespersons Qualifying Examination (SQE), for which a new format will be introduced in July 2006 (For details, please refer to the article on p.3).

The Handbook, available in both Chinese and English versions, contains the syllabi of the examinations, sample questions and answers, as well as information on registration procedures. It also covers the major changes to the SQE. Upon registration for the qualifying examinations, candidates will receive a copy of the Handbook free of charge. The Handbook is also available for $30 at the offices of EAA and the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority.
