Re : Updated Terrorist List in the Gazette

The Estate Agents Authority (EAA) was notified by the Security Bureau that the United Nations Security Council Committees had published another updated list of terrorists and terrorist associates. A related notice had also been published in the Gazette on 10 April 2015. The EAA attaches great importance to licensees’ adopting measures to help combat money laundering activities and encourages licensees to pay attention to the updated list by reading the notice in the Gazette (click here to download the notice). In order to keep licensees informed of the latest information of the subject, this notice is posted in the EAA website.
