Deed of mutual covenant memorial number TP321204

The deed of mutual covenant (commonly known as the "DMC") is a deed usually entered into between the developer, the first purchaser of a unit in the building and the manager of the building. It sets out the rights and obligations of the owners of units in the building. It also provides for other matters pertinent to the management of the building, for example, prohibiting certain use of certain parts of the building, regulating the use of common areas, and the appointment of a management company as manager.
