Casebook to be Published
| To help licensees
comply with the laws on practice, the EAA is compiling
a collection of reports on cases that were heard by the
Disciplinary Committee. Each report features a detailed
case analysis which will assist licensees to better understand
the disciplinary issues they encounter during the course
of their business, as well as quotations from the relevant
ordinances and regulations. This casebook is expected
to be published in early 2002. |
