The EAA Resource Centre provides the following:

• The Estate Agents Ordinance and its subsidiary legislation (including all prescribed forms)
• Code of Ethics and Practice Circulars issued by EAA
• Books and pamphlets published by EAA
• The Register of Licences (members of the public may check registered information of individual licensees using this register)
• DVDs of seminars organised by EAA
• Books and publications on property transactions and tenancy in Hong Kong
• Reference materials for the Mainland estate agents qualifying examination
• The Account Enquiry Number database of the Rating and Valuation Department (licensees may search for the Account Enquiry Number of a property by its address)

EAA staff are available at the Resource Centre to answer public enquiries and assist users.
