| 3. Payment
Payment may be made by crossed cheque payable
to "Estate Agents Authority" with the name of the licensee
and the number of the licence and/or statement of particulars
of business marked on the back. The application and
payment will only be deemed received after cheque clearance.
No post-dated cheque will be accepted.
Our receipt of the application form and
relevant payment of licence fee does not necessarily mean that a
licence will be issued. If the application is not successful, a
refund will be made.
4. Processing of application
If everything is in order, it will take about 10 working days.
