2. Forms and Submission

Please make sure that, for each application, there is -

a. a renewal form corresponding to your licence or statement of particulars of business i.e. -
a) for Salesperson's Licence: use Form 13 (SR);
Note: Please use Form 4 (SN) if licence has already expired.
b) for Estate Agent's Licence (Individual): use Form 11 (ER);
Note: Please use Form 2 (EN) if licence has already expired.
c) for Estate Agent's Licence (Company): use Form 12 (CR);
Note: Please use Form 3 (CN) if licence has already expired.
d) for Statement of Particulars of Business held by a sole proprietor, use Form 14 (RS);
Note: Please use Form 8 (SPOB_NS) if statement of particulars of business held by a sole proprietor has already expired;
e) for Statement of Particulars of Business held by a partnership, use Form 14 (RP);
Note: Please use Form 8 (SPOB_NP) if statement of particulars of business held by a partnership has already expired;
f) for Statement of Particulars of Business held by a branch of a limited company, use Form 14 (RC);
Note: Please use Form 8 (SPOB_NB) if statement of particulars of business held by a branch of a limited company has already expired;
b. a supplementary form;
c. a copy or the original of the required documents as specified in the supplementary form.

These documents must be duly completed, signed, stamped with company chop (if appropriate), and be submitted with the requisite renewal fee.

Where an applicant holds a licence that is subject to condition(s), the same condition(s) will appear on the renewed licence, unless the Authority is satisfied that such condition(s) has/have been fulfilled. The applicant should submit relevant documentary proof of compliance, or else the condition(s) will not be removed.

Application may be submitted in person or by post to the office of the Authority ( please see Contact us for address ). If the application is submitted by post, the date of the postal chop will be deemed as the date of submission.
