and Submission
The relevant application forms may be downloaded from here. Applicants must use the forms for new application, and not for renewal application, if their licences have already expired.
If an applicant holds a licence that is subject to a condition, the same condition will remain attached to the licence, unless EAA is satisfied that such a condition has been fulfilled or it is no longer applicable. The applicant should submit relevant documentary evidence if the condition has been complied with.
Application may be submitted in person or by
post to EAA's office. If the application is submitted by post, the date of the postal chop will be deemed as the date of submission.
