4. Application for Estate Agent's Licence (Individual) (Form 2 (EN))
Form 2 consists of 2 parts; it
(1) requires the applicant to provide his / her personal
particulars;
(2) requires the applicant to answer a few questions
in regard to the fit and proper requirement and make a declaration.
A photograph (40 mm x 50 mm) of the applicant should be affixed
on the application form.
Applicant should provide the following supporting documents if he / she is a new entrant:
- Proof of educational qualification;
- Proof of passing a Qualifying Examination for Estate Agents; and
- HKID Card or travel document.
