1. Where to obtain the application forms

The application forms are available:

From the EAA office.
By fax via EAA Hotline: 2111 2777
This website.

2. Where should the application forms be returned?

Applicants should submit completed application forms and supporting documents in person at or by mail to the EAA office. The fact that your application and payment are accepted does not mean that a licence will necessarily be granted to you.  A licence will only be granted if you meet all the licensing requirements under the Estate Agents Ordinance.

3. Application for Salesperson's Licence ( Form 4 (SN))

Form 4 consists of 2 parts; it

(1) requires the applicant to provide his / her personal particulars;

(2) requires the applicant to answer a few questions in regard to the fit and proper requirement and make a declaration. A photograph (40 mm x 50 mm) of the applicant should be affixed on the application form.

Applicant should provide the following supporting documents if he / she is a new entrant:

  1. Proof of educational qualification;
  2. Proof of passing a Qualifying Examination for Salespersons or a Qualifying Examination for Estate Agents; and
  3. HKID Card or travel document.
