E = Estate Agents Qualifying Examination / 地產代理資格考試

The examination consists of two parts. To pass the examination, candidates must pass both Part I and Part II. The pass mark for Part I is 36 out of 60 and that for Part II is 24 out of 40 (i.e. 60% for each part). No mark is given for "Absent" and "Disqualified" candidates.

考試分為兩部份。考生必須同時在第一及第二部份合格，才能獲取考試合格的成績。第一部份的總分為60分，合格分數為36分；第二部份的總分為40分，合格分數為24分（即合格分數為各部份總分的60%）。「缺席」及「取消資格」的考生不獲評分。


S = Salespersons Qualifying Examination / 營業員資格考試

The examination consists of two parts. To pass the examination, candidates must pass both Part I and Part II. The pass mark for Part I is 48 out of 80 and that for Part II is 12 out of 20 (i.e. 60% for each part). No mark is given for "Absent" and "Disqualified" candidates.

考試分為兩部份。考生必須同時在第一及第二部份合格，才能獲取考試合格的成績。第一部份的總分為80分，合格分數為48分；第二部份的總分為20分，合格分數為12分（即合格分數為各部份總分的60%）。「缺席」及「取消資格」的考生不獲評分。


For candidates who received mark penalty for contravention of examination regulation, their marks and mark deduction details will be provided in the Result Slip only.
因違反考試規則而被罰扣減分數的考生的分數及扣分的詳情，只會顯示在有關考生的成績通知單上。
