Who may lodge a complaint?

Investigation of complaints against estate agents is one of the important functions of the Estate Agents Authority in regulating the estate agency trade and in enhancing the professional status of estate agents.

If you have reasons to believe that an estate agent has not complied with any requirement or provision of the Estate Agents Ordinance, Cap 511, or its subsidiary legislation, or has breached his duty as an estate agent, you may lodge a complaint with us.
