Ways to set out your complaint

 

You may lodge your complaint either in writing, by telephone, by email or in person.


In writing

 

You may send your complaint in writing to:

Estate Agents Authority

Wanchai, Hong Kong

Your complaint may also be sent by fax at 2119 9022. You may use our Complaint Form and return to us either by fax or by mail.


By telephone

 

You may call the Authority's Hotline at 2111 2777. Your call will be answered by a duty officer of EAA during our office hours. If the line is busy or outside office hours, you may leave your message and contact telephone number on our Complaints Hotline. We shall contact you as soon as possible. If you lodge the complaint by telephone, you will be asked to confirm the complaint in writing.

In person

 

You may also lodge your complaint in person or through an authorized representative at our offices during our office hours :
