By telephone
You may call the Authority's
Hotline at 2111 2777.
Your call will be answered by a duty officer of EAA during
our office hours. If the line is busy or outside office
hours, you may leave your
message and contact telephone number on our Complaints Hotline. We shall contact you
as soon as possible. If you lodge the complaint by telephone,
you will be asked to confirm the complaint in writing.
